I'm a 200-hour RYT focused on helping students listen into their unique bodies and explore what a sustainable, feel-good practice actually looks like for them. After years of navigating my own hypermobility, back pain, and digestive challenges on the mat, I've come to believe healing has less to do with achieving the "perfect" pose and more to do with tuning in — learning to meet the body with curiosity instead of force.
I bring that same spirit into every class, whether it's a private session, small group, or studio setting. My goal is simple — to help you move with greater ease, feel more at home in your body, and experience yoga as something that supports real life, not something else to perfect.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, manage stress, recover from injury, or simply create more space for presence and self-care, yoga can be adapted to support you where you are today.
