I believe that yoga is for everyone. I want to help individuals find strength, confidence, and peace in their unique practice. Come as you are.

Maybe you've stepped away from movement after an injury and you're not sure how to come back safely. Maybe your body is changing — through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply the wisdom of midlife — and you need guidance that honors where you are right now.
 
Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: you don't have to fit yourself into someone else's practice. I'm here to support you in a yoga practice that empowers you to live your happiest and healthiest life

Whether you come to me on your own or gather a small circle of people you love, every session is shaped by what your body needs — not a preset sequence, not a one-size-fits-all flow. Just you, your goals, and a practice that listens.

Private 1:1 Sessions

WOMEN ONLY 

Before we ever step onto the mat, I'll take time to understand your history, your goals, and what you're hoping to feel. Every session weaves together movement, breath, and inner stillness — adjusted in real time to how your body feels that day. This isn't just a class. It's a conversation between your body and your practice.

Small Group Sessions

MIXED · 6 OR FEWER 
There's something quietly powerful about practicing alongside people you trust. Whether you gather with your friends, family, or colleagues, this is yoga that actually sees each of you.

I offer a sliding scale because I believe this kind of support should be available to more people. Pay what you genuinely can within the suggested range. If you're ready to commit to a consistent practice, bundles give you savings and hold consistent space on my calendar for you.

A complete session — movement, breath, and stillness designed for your body and your needs. The perfect place to begin. I'd love to get an understanding of your body, history and goals and personalize a class just for you. If you would like, I also offer sound bowls at the end class to close the session and settle your nervous system. 


Suggested Range: $75-125 

1 hour class  

This includes everything we would cover in the single session; personalized sequencing, instruction, and alignment to you and your goals — plus, additional sessions to continue to build strength and softness in your practice. 

Suggested Range: $338-563

5 hours of class time 

This includes everything we would cover in the single session; personalized sequencing, instruction, and alignment to you and your goals — plus, additional sessions to continue to build strength and softness in your practice. 

Suggested Range: $600-1,000

10 hours of class time
