ABOUT HANNAH

Nice to Meet You

I came to yoga to navigate stress, anxiety, and health challenges that had pulled me away from myself — and what I found was a way back. Through breath, movement, and sound healing, my practice became a grounded path toward nervous system healing, embodied awareness, and a return to wholeness.
I bring over 13 years of personal practice, a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training certification, and a deep love for creating space for relaxation and rest. Woven into each class is the healing resonance of sound bowls, making every experience as restorative as it is connective.
I teach with heartfelt support, mindful attention to healthy alignment, compassion for the individual, and deep reverence for the culture, lineage of teachers, and students who have shaped this practice.
