Four Class Yoga Series

Join me for a 60-minute gentle yoga flow to connect mind, body, and spirit. This class brings together movement, breath, and sound to invite students into deeper relaxation and connection. 
All levels are welcome.
Tuesday, 6-7pm
April 28th, May 5th, 12th, & 19th

What to expect?

Hannah teaches yoga rooted in grounded presence guiding students through mindful movement, breath, meditation, and sound to reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Teaching from a deep respect and reverence for the eight limbed practice of yoga, believing that this is what truly makes yoga uniquely impactful in students lives. You can expect classes to incorporate all aspects of yoga, inspiring students to bring their yoga practice beyond the mat.

Healthy Alignment Cueing

Cueing and feedback to ensure healthy alignment customized to each unique student and their needs. 

Encouragement & Grounding

A space where each student encouraged to listen into their own experience and body. 

Sound Healing

An integrated sound experience to support deep relaxation and rest in the body, mind, and spirit. 

Pranayama | Guided Breathwork

Intentional breath practice integrated into the asana practice to bring students into their bodies and calm the nervous system. 

Eight limbs of yoga—Yamas (Social and Ethical Principles), Niyamas (Personal Guiding Principles), Asana (Physical Postures), Pranayama (Breathwork), Pratyahara (Turning Inward), Dharana (Concentration), Dyana (Meditation), and Samadhi (profound harmony and oneness with all).
